    We believe privacy tools should be transparent. We're working toward open-sourcing EdgeDocs so anyone can verify our privacy claims.

    Why Open Source?

    When we say "your files never leave your browser," you shouldn't have to take our word for it. Open-sourcing our code means anyone can inspect, audit, and verify that no data is being sent anywhere.

    We're preparing our codebase for public release. Here's what we plan to open-source:

    The client-side PDF processing engine that powers all tools.

    Network monitor, privacy report, and offline detection components.
