Terms of Service

EdgeDocs provides browser-based PDF tools for personal and commercial use. All file processing occurs locally within your web browser. Files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. EdgeDocs is operated by RS Ventures.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use EdgeDocs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

• Free Tier: 3 downloads per day across all tools, resetting daily at midnight UTC. Bonus downloads earned through referrals do not expire.
• Pro Tier: $7.99/month USD, unlimited access, processed by Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.

EdgeDocs reserves the right to introduce additional tiers and adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. No prorated refunds are offered. Technical issues are evaluated case-by-case via support@edgedocs.co.

You retain full ownership of your files. Since processing is local, we never access or possess your files. You are solely responsible for:

• Having the legal right to process your documents
• The content of your files
• Compliance with applicable laws (data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property)

You agree not to:

• Use EdgeDocs for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code (beyond what law permits)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute access without written consent

EdgeDocs content, features, and functionality are owned by RS Ventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The EdgeDocs name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RS Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Since all processing is local and no files are stored, EdgeDocs is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unintended modification of files. Users should maintain their own backups.

You agree to indemnify RS Ventures from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or the content of files you process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or harmful use. Notice will be provided where possible. You may delete your account by contacting support@edgedocs.co.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of EdgeDocs after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions remain in full force.
